Shipping Policy

 All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 3-7 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email. LUX LyfeStylez is not responsible for any damages or lost packages. All orders shipped from LUX LyfeStylez have basic insurance included in the shipping price(Carriers basic insurance that is included with the shipping type).   

 Return claims are accepted within 15 days of package being delivered. Item MUST NOT be open or tampered with in any way. Obtain a case number Before sending return. Only returns with a Case number will be accepted for processing. To receive a case number, please contact us at Returns@lyfestylez.shop. Payment will be refunded after returned item has been received at warehouse and case has been closed.  The following items are not eligible for returns: lashes, hair, wigs, opened items, returns without a case number, massaging stones, makeup, sunglasses, hair bows/hair-ties, slippers/shoes, worn items, open items.
